1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Score Droid, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.

2. Description of Service

Score Droid is a web-based platform for managing and scoring CrossFit-style and functional fitness competitions. We provide tools for event creation, athlete management, scoring, and leaderboard generation.

3. User Accounts

To use Score Droid, you must:

• Create an account with accurate information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access
• Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent

4. Event-Based Pricing and Billing

4.1 Event Pricing

Score Droid uses event-based pricing. You pay once per event based on the number of athletes: Small events (up to 50 athletes) cost £25, Medium events (51–150 athletes) cost £40, and Large events (151+ athletes) cost £60. All features are included with every paid event.

4.2 Free Demo Events

All accounts can create unlimited demo events for free. Demo events support up to 16 athletes and 2 divisions. When your event exceeds these limits, you'll be prompted to choose the appropriate paid event tier.

4.3 Refunds

Event payments are non-refundable once an event has been activated. If you have questions about billing, please contact support.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Upload malicious code or viruses
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

6. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Score Droid and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the event data you create.

7. Limitation of Liability

Score Droid is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
