Common Questions

How do I create my first event?

Sign up for an account, then click "Create Event" in your dashboard. Follow the step-by-step process to add athletes, workouts, and divisions.

Can I pause my subscription?

Yes! You can pause your subscription at any time. While paused, your account becomes read-only and billing is frozen. You can resume whenever you're ready.

What happens if I cancel?

You'll keep full access until the end of your billing period. After that, your account becomes read-only for 90 days, during which you can export your data. Reactivation is available after a short cooldown period.

How does scoring work?

Score Droid uses CrossFit-style scoring by default: lower rank equals better performance. Overall standings are calculated by summing ranks across all workouts, with smart tie-breaking.

Can I export my event data?

Yes! You can export results in CSV, PDF, and Excel formats. Export is available even when your subscription is paused or locked.
