Data Encryption

We use Firebase Authentication with secure password hashing. Passwords are never stored in plain text and follow industry best practices.

Multi-tenant architecture ensures data isolation. Role-based access control limits what users can see and modify.

Infrastructure

We use Firebase and Google Cloud Platform infrastructure, which provides enterprise-grade security, redundancy, and compliance certifications.

All payments are processed through Stripe, which is PCI DSS Level 1 certified. We never store or process credit card information directly.

Your Role in Security

Security is a shared responsibility. Here's what you can do:

  • • Enable two-factor authentication when available
  • • Don't share your account credentials
  • • Log out when using shared devices
  • • Report suspicious activity immediately

Reporting Security Issues

If you discover a security vulnerability, please report it responsibly. Do not publicly disclose the issue until we have had a chance to address it.
